shipping policy
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing - It takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday - Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
For Domestic Shipping we offer Express Registered post and it takes is 2-4 Business days depending on your location.
For International Shipping it takes 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
We use Australia Post.

2. How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number and you can track the progress on the Australia Post website.

3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.​

All sales are final. Due to health and safety reasons we don't exchange wigs or hair products for change of mind. All wigs are handcrafted and are thoroughly checked for faults before they are shipped out.
